After booking the “Mixing & Mastering” service, you will receive a secure upload link. Please provide your audio stems as 24-bit WAV files, ensuring all tracks are dry and start at Time 0 for seamless synchronization.
We offer flexible rescheduling up to 48 hours before your session. Because we coordinate a production unit of multiple talents, late cancellations may incur a small rescheduling fee to compensate the professionals’ time.
If the studio schedule allows, you can extend your session in 1-hour increments. Our engineers will check the real-time booking calendar to confirm if an extension is possible without interrupting the next artist.
