3. Booking Policy
3.1 Session Bookings

A deposit may be required to secure your session.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations or no-shows may lead to loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is allowed once per session without penalty if done within the allowed timeframe.

Full payment for services is required before final files are released.

All sales are final for digital services already delivered.
5. Studio Conduct
To maintain a professional and safe environment:

No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Respect for studio equipment, staff, and other clients is mandatory.

Ratina Studios reserves the right to end a session if conduct is unsafe or disruptive.
Clients will be held responsible for damages caused to equipment or property.
6. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of the recordings, tracks, and content you bring into the studio.
6.2 Ratina Studios Content
Beats, instrumentals, or custom compositions created by our team may be subject to licensing terms unless purchased as exclusive rights.
6.3 Portfolio Use
Ratina Studios may showcase short snippets or behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Delivery of Files

Final audio and video files will be delivered digitally through approved channels.

Ratina Studios is not responsible for lost files after delivery; clients are encouraged to back up all materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ratina Studios is not liable for:

Loss of data after delivery

Delays caused by technical issues beyond our control
